[smokeping-users] smokeping and summer time

Hi Michal;

I've had SmokePing running during several Daylight Savings Time switches 
and have never had a problem -- my graphs keep working without 
restarting the daemon.  I'm currently running SmokePing 2.0.8 on OpenBSD 
4.0.
