[smokeping-users] problem with graph time when runnng smokeping and speedycgi in a VMWare VM

Yes the clock appears to be fine otherwise. The only weirdness I have seen
with date and time is with the smokeping graphs. I realized this morning
that I am using a fairly dated version of rrdtool, so I'm going to update to
the latest version and see if that takes care of the issue. Thanks.
