[smokeping-users] Start off Y-axis with something other than 0ms?

Hi all:

Let's say I am using smokeping to ping a server that I know will have
at least a minimum rrt of 250ms.  Is it possible to tell Smokeping
this and have the Y-axis of the graph start off at 250ms instead of
0ms so that I can get finer grain detail?
