Whoops, sorry, I made a typo in that second URL... it should be
http://127.0.0.1/smokeping/smokeping.cgi

You may very well need to configure your webserver to execute CGI
scripts properly.  The location of the CGI files doesn't really matter
to SmokePing, that's strictly a webserver configuration issue, depending
on how you want the webserver to present paths and data to the enduser.
