[smokeping-users] Smokeping 2.3.4 released

Users!

I have released smokeping 2.3.4. This is quite a hefty update
with many bug fixes and improvements for master/slave operation.

NOTE that you must upgrade both slaves and master to this version
     since the protocol was changed. The Master will detect slaves that
     have not been upgraded.

* optionally pre-create the directory structure under 'dyndir' if

  without write access to the temporary storage file --niko
