Packages.debian.org says yourself and Jose Sogo are the maintainers, do
you know when you will have time to push the 2.3.4 into testing or
Volatile?

I have released smokeping 2.3.4. This is quite a hefty update
with many bug fixes and improvements for master/slave operation.

NOTE that you must upgrade both slaves and master to this version
     since the protocol was changed. The Master will detect slaves that
     have not been upgraded.
