[smokeping-users] Initial installation

I have been wanting to get Smokeping running for a while but it has recently
become more of a need to have it sooner then later project, so here I am
asking for some help.  Thanks in advance! =)

I have configured Smokeping to the best of my knowledge and while the
smokeping.cgi frontend does display a page I believe I am missing some major
configuration.  You can see it live at
http://essex.imaginenetworksllc.com/cgi-bin/smokeping.cgi

When I request smokeping.cgi httpd spits these errors:
