[smokeping-users] SmokeTrace works -- mostly.. not displaying loss it seems

I have everything working it seems for smoketrace(2.4.2) on CentOS 5.2.
However, loss statistics are not displayed it seems, all values show 0%
loss and  the individual hops don't show all the packets sent . But each
hop does show some of the packets sent. Has anyone else seen this? I
tried looking in the lists, but did not see anything. Mostly concerned
about how accurate the "Loss" info is being fed back from traceroute.  I
want to open up to support staff, but am reluctant until I can
understand what is happening.
