[smokeping-users] fping update

Just tried to compile this on Solaris 10, and it's not going to work.

"fping.c", line 695: undefined symbol: SO_BINDTODEVICE

Apparently SO_BINDTODEVICE is not available on Solaris.

Running the older fping version without problems.

Any chance of making this version portable by avoiding implementation
specific code?

supports a tos option ...
