[smokeping-users] slave problem- no data on master

Make sure your smokeping/data directory, subdirs, and files are all 
"owned" by the user used by the web server. In my case, the web server 
is Apache, and the effective user is 'apache', so all of these 
files/dirs are owned by apache:apache.
