[smokeping-users] Web Page Refresh timer

Where do you set the web page refresh time?  I'm drilling down in a graph
and it refreshes every x seconds.  Is that customize-able ?  I thought it
might be in the basepage:

<META HTTP-EQUIV="Refresh" CONTENT="<##step##>">

But is that reading the step value in the config file?  I'd rather not mess
with those timers as I'd have to redo all the rrds.
