[smokeping-users] 500 Error on Master crashes Slaves?

Near the bottom of the page you'll see this smokeping invocation:

  ./smokeping --master-url=http://smokeping/smokeping.cgi \
              --cache-dir=/var/smokeping/ \
              --shared-secret=/var/smokeping/secret.txt

Clearly no '--no-daemon' option and no '--debug' option (which also
causes smokeping not to fork a daemon).

But if this is all about a PID, why not just find the PID yourself?
