[smokeping-users] TCPPing.pm ???? /usr/bin/tcpping ????????

ADDED REMARK..
i rechecked file.
i chmod 555 root / bin it, and got no errors.
i am now testing it on some sites with non default ports.
but....
i dont see data changes in graps.
