[smokeping-users] New User and Trying to setup a Master/Slave topology

Check the apache logs now.
/var/log/apache2/access.log and error.log [in Ubuntu]

I'd wager that apache can't write to the RRD file. :)
[And yes, I know you have changed permissions, but I'm still betting
that is the problem.]
