Exciting news! My company, Oetiker+Partner AG (www.oetiker.ch),
just got a PO from CatchPoint Systems Inc (www.catchpoint.com) for
the development of SmokePing 3. The main new feature will be that
SmokePing will get Extopus (www.extopus.org) as a front end.

If you want to get a glimpse at what is in store, have a look at
the extopus website, since there is a demo up, where extopus is
acting as a front end to Torrus (www.torrus.org).

Development will happen in public (github), as soon as there is code
available, I will post about it here.
