[smokeping-users] Dynamic addition and removal of hosts

Hi Richard,

The tool I've developed may do the job (https://github.com/julcollas/django-
smokeping).
This is a Django application to manage your targets.
In addition to the web part, you can use the API to automate the addition
of new targets.

Let me know if you think that can respond to your needs and if you need
more explanations.
