[smokeping-users] Smokeping, master-slave, slave targets on master host

The master is not checks the target which assigned to the slave. But
the graph is still blank, and the slave sends data to the master
successfuly:

FPing: Got fping output: '2.2.2.2 : 6.94 4.08 4.26 4.13 4.61 4.18 4.26

Sent data to Server. Server said OK
