Hi Tobi

Will the smokeping master be entirely split from the slave?

It is a nuisance at the moment that the slave script won't start
unless there are all sorts of bits of perl libraries available which
aren't needed to perform the function of a slave, so you end up
installing lots of perl which clutters up servers.
