[smokeping-users] File paths not seeing what it is I'm doing wrong.

It's definitely running no errors in the Apache log at least none that I
can see. It's just a 404 for some reason.

If the files are there, doesn't that mean Smokeping is working?

Have you checked your Apache logs (or whatever http daemon you run)?
