[smokeping-users] Error while running installer for Smokeping

I got the following error while running the installer for Smokeping. Looks
like it’s breaking the install cause none of the expected folders are being
created from my previous installs of Smokeping. Not sure what I’m doing
wrong here but any input would be appreciated I’m still a novice at this.
