[smokeping-users] Smoking alert To script always show exec failed

When alert happens, the debug log of smoking shows below:

exec failed! at /usr/local/smokeping/bin/../lib/Smokeping.pm line 1894.

But my script configuration pretty simple:

/root/test.sh: (is actually do nothing)
alertname=$1
target=$2
losspattern=$3
rtt=$4
hostname=$5

Smokeping configuration:
to = | /root/test.sh 2>/root/trace.log
