[smokeping-users] probes tcpping : ERROR: TCPPing 'binary' does not point to an executable

well, see below, it is suid :
Access: (4755/-rwsr-xr-x)

BUT, the suid part should not matter as smokeping runs as root, and i 
can use the command without problem
