Hallo there: I am using EchopingHttp probe to monitor a random website, say www.yahoo.com. The avg pkg loss for 5 mins graph and 3 hours graph are 100.00% !!!! ( I only run it for no more than 30 mins) When I debuge the smokeping, I had the following messages: [root@faa032000026 bin]# ./smokeping -debug Launched successfully EchoPingHttp: probing 1 targets EchoPingHttp: forks 5, rounds 1, timeout 100 Argument "yes" isn't numeric in numeric ne (!=) at /usr/local/smokeping-1.30/lib//probes/EchoPingHttp.pm line 133. Does it actually affect the running process? If so, what does it do? 2)"WARNING: ....was not happy...libidn.so.11: cannot open shared object..." I checked the "missing" library: libidn.so.11. It is right there in the /usr/lib/ dir. Is there anyway to tell the echoping explicitly where the library is? Or it is actually saying there are some errors in my echoping config [root@faa032000026 lib]# ls -l libidn.* -rw-r--r-- 1 root root 390920 Jun 18 22:14 libidn.a -rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 801 Jun 18 22:14 libidn.la lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 16 Jun 18 22:14 libidn.so -> libidn.so.11.3.4 lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 16 Jun 18 22:14 libidn.so.11 -> libidn.so.11.3.4 -rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 285056 Jun 18 22:14 libidn.so.11.3.4 pray......................>_< Suzy -- Unsubscribe mailto:smokeping-users-request@list.ee.ethz.ch?subject=unsubscribe Help mailto:smokeping-users-request@list.ee.ethz.ch?subject=help Archive http://www.ee.ethz.ch/~slist/smokeping-users WebAdmin http://www.ee.ethz.ch/~slist/lsg2.cgi
