Thanks a lot. I rewrite my config into :

port = 80 # default value anyway
timeout = 50 # default is 10s

however, I have 100% packet loss! I am sure the cache is up and running and there is no firewall on my way. If I change url = /, everything works fine. The cache I am testing with has only enabled port 80. That shouldnt be a problem since I am only generating traffics through port 80.
