Hi,

looks like you have an older version of CGI::Carp. The function
set_progname() appeared in CGI.pm-2.82, and is apparently included in
the standard Perl distribution starting from 5.8.1.

Here's a workaround that makes this a non-fatal error. It will be
in the next release. The downside is that your web server error log
won't be as pretty. I'll mention this in the docs.
