This varies based on revision of the ios. I've run into problems that I
resolved setting up community strings a little different than normal. I
still am having a problem with IOS 12.x or highing on some switches,
specifically 4000's and 6500's.

Subject: [mrtg] OIDs for cisco switch

Hi,

I'm trying to configure mrtg to monitore a cisco switch. I don't know where
I can find the proper OIDs.
I can compil the mib file but I don't know which one is on the switch!
If someone have a solution for me...

Another question, I know that I can use cfgmaker on Win NT but I don't know
how. I want to monitore a cisco router.
Can I have an example?

Thanks in advance

Fred
