[mrtg-developers] About INET6-1.27

Hi :

Masahito and me released an INET6-1.27 version. 1.26 was useless to open
remote address . MRTG was using for local ones and because of that it was
sucesfull.

With 27 at least we could open both on other script tests, but it seems
aparently to fail with MRTG. so, keep on 26, we will try to patch 28.
