[mrtg-developers] ifAlias and Extreme Networks

Hello.

I don't know if you've discussed this yet, but I would like to point out 
that --ifdesc=alias only works for a few equipment manufacturers (i.e. 
'Vendors' - I use version 2.9.25): Cisco, Juniper and Foundry.  Now, the 
changes needed to cfgmaker to add another vendor are rather trivial - 
but it would be nice if the vendors were listed in a separate file, 
along with their IDs.  I was wondering if anybody was trying to 
accomplish this?

As a supplement, here's the ID for Extreme Networks:
1.3.6.1.4.1.1916

Their equipment does support ifXEntry.
