[mrtg] Make errors - Solaris

I'm running gmake and get this error and can't get beyond it.  Any
suggestions would be appreciated.

.gmake
gcc -g   -02 -I../gd1.3 src/rateup.c   -L../gd1.3   -lgd -lm -o
run/rateup
src/rateup.c:58:   gd.h:   No such file or directory.
src/rateup.c:59:   gdfonts.h:   No such file or directory.
gmake:  ***[run/rateup]  error 1

I've confirmed the files exist in the gd1.3 directory and I've tried
relocating them to various other directories such as the mrtg main
directory.
