Its easy.

No.  Logfile and cfg formats are exactly the same.  Newer versions just
added option tags, new cfg file directives (MRTG), or new parameters
(indexmaker/cfgmaker).  I guess the one change where you might run into
issues is if you had indexmaker set up to be run automatically, as it was
drastically changed.
