Usually the first line of your cfg file is a Workdir directive.  Then each
cfg file has a Directory directive which is the subdirectory below Workdir
where the actual files from this MRTG run will be stored.

For instance, here's one of mine:

WorkDir: D:\InetPub\wwwroot\mrtg

Directory[test]: test

And the files will be stored in D:\InetPub\wwwroot\mrtg\test.
