[mrtg] Running MRTG as a Service on NT

I have been getting lots of emails on this so I am just going to send it out
to everyone.The link attach is going to the Microsoft site that explains how
to setup a user define service, you do not need any software from a third
party . Make sure you read the Instructions close, try this on a none NT
prod server first. You do not need scheduler at all and it looks more Prof.
You can start it stop it any time. It work great, better then using
scheduler 100 times better.

This explain how to setup a user define service, this
works well. I have it running on my NT Server 4.0.
