[mrtg] as5200 & cisco3640 modems usage

Hi ALL

I have part of analog modems on cisco3640 (async81-89) and part
of digital modems on AS5200(async23-30) in one pool - 17 lines.

3640-11.3(11)T
5200-12.0(5)T
NT40
MRTG_2.5.4c

How to create monitor for viewing usage of this lines?
