Not true.  It is possible to monitor NT MP CPU systems'.  Try using the
system->cpu object as the first of the target oid's, and a '0' value oid as
the second target.  It works fine.  This will graphi the aggregate cpu
usage.  If your want individual cpu values, that is possible also.
