[mrtg] Re: MRTG ports

MRTG is not platform specific.  The perl scrips are standard perl.  The
source and makefile for rateup are included.  You have to compile it
yourself.  The only reason there is an compiled NT exe is that a C compiler
doesn't ship with NT.
