[mrtg] Re: mrtg-mailstat

New to the list. 

Modified Rick Horowitz's mrtg-mailstat to include:
        added -r flag  <report> Number or Bytes
        support for multiple servers
        modified -m flag to add 'total'
        added sanity checking to -r and -m flags
        updated perldoc
