[mrtg] ASCEND PIPELINE 130 Stats

I have been using MRTG for a couple of months now.  Works great with our
CISCO router
but anytime our Ascend routers get rebooted the MIB variables seem to
change.  Does
anyone know a good way to set up the configuration for Ascend Routers so
that the
stats remain valid after the router is rebooted?   

I am admittably a "newbie" when it comes to SNMP variables, but willing to
learn.
