[mrtg] ANNOUNCE: mrtg-2.8.6 (rateup for NT release)

Folks,

I have just uploaded mrtg-2.8.6. This fixes the rateup.exe problems for NT
users (thanks to philippe simonet). There are no other changes versus
mrtg-2.8.5 ...
