[mrtg] Re: Config Questions - what am I doing wrong?

Jeff,

Verify the command line parameters to indexmaker.  Invoke indexmaker without any
parameters for a Usage statement.

There's only one place in the code that issues a "cannot open file" message and
that is when it is opening a file it thinks is a CFG file.
