ThreshDir is the only global option.  All the other options are target specific...

ThreshDir: /path/to/some/dir

ThreshMaxI[targetname]: 95
ThreshProgI[targetname]: /path/to/some/script
ThreshProgOKI[targetname]: /path/to/some/other/script
