[mrtg] A Question about monitoring ATM switch

Hi,

As a part of my research I am designing an event-driven ATM simulator based on
Object Oriented  structure. The simulator make statistics on cell lost based
on buffer overflow. I was wondering if I can check the simulator results by
using MRTG to monitor the # of cell lost on ATM switch based on buffer size. 


Any suggestion to create buffer overflow on ATM switch???
