[mrtg] Upgrade Trouble

I just upgraded top 2.8.8 from 2.5.3 on NT. I am having some trouble running
indexmaker. I run:

perl indexmaker -t 'Darby Serial Stats' -r 'Serial' -o
e:\wanstats\frame.html e:\mrtg-2.8.8\run\mrtg.cfg 

but the file is not generated...any ideas?
