[mrtg] Re: installing MRTG...

I have some dificulties installing MRTG on AIX 4.1
1. First time I try installing without: gd zlib libpng :))))
2. then I install (gd zlib libpng)
3.I run onemore time configure, - ok!
4.make  
.. I got this... 
# make
        Target "all" is up to date.
#
5. I try  make clean
6. Try onemore time 
#make
and I got ..... Target "all" is up to date.

What does it mean. What I must do?
Plese Help!
