I got gd to compile on the True64 with a little finagling. It was
bombing off trying to make all so I just removed the source files that
were causing the errors from the Makefile and it worked. The two I
removed were gdcache.c and gdkanji.c (which don't seem to be causing any
Pray to God, but keep rowing to shore.
