[mrtg] Combining results from multiple routers

On our network we're connected to the outside world through two routers that
are load balanced.  Is there an easy way to combine the results from two
routers into one graph??  So that we could get a graph of our total network
usage?  I've skimmed through the docs a little bit, but haven't really
gotten a firm feel for how one would do that.
