[mrtg] Workdir - creating multiple?

I have been using MRTG to monitor my customer bandwidth usage and need to 
provide each company access to their own data.

To restrict access, I would like to have the work data for each circuit in 
the appropriate customer subdirectory where it can be password protected.

Is there a method for specifying multiple work directories in a single 
config file?
