[mrtg] indexmaker: how to get links to other mrtg pages ?

I the 'old' mrtg 2.5.3, indexmaker (by default) would include (fixed) URL
links in top RHS of generted HTML page

the indexmaker 2.8.8 doesn't seem to inlude these URL links, even though, I
can see them in the code; how do I enable this ?
