[mrtg] MRTG and Exchange

The instructions for using MRTG with Exchange Server I’ve posted are
oriented at newbies and are a copy of a message I have posted to the
Exchange Server mailing list.
It is for those new to MRTG and wanting to monitor the Exchange machine.
Please don’t be offended by it’s simplicity…
