[mrtg] R: Cisco get clock time via SNMP

I did for a subset of my router, for other ones I'd need to get their time
in batch mode (via perl script).
I wasn't able to retrive the correct OID by CCO.

Im not sure, but if you are worried about keeping them on the proper time,
setup ntp, and point them to a ntp server.
