[mrtg] Howto determine MRTG version

Hi,

is there an easy way to verify the installed version on a system ? Currently
my
Linux mrtg file says : MRTG 2.7.4, but the version which is installed via
the Suse 6.2
dist. says mrtg  2.9. As far as I'm aware of there isn't a version 2.9 yet.
